About Us
Opus Medicus was founded on the singular vision of harnessing information technology to promote public health. The three pillars of this vision are our CME Suite, our Medical Image Library, and our Knowledge Sharing Service. Together these provide valuable resources and tools for healthcare groups/organizations.
Our CME Suite is an accredited, online, collaborative course development and course delivery platform. It offloads and automates the onerous processes required for certifying CME courses in compliance with the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) accreditation criteria. The platform covers all phases of the course life cycle, from concept through delivery, while maintaining Performance-in-Practice evidence required for ACCME compliance.
Our Medical Image Library is a valuable, free reference resource for physicians. The library contains hundreds of high quality images, including numerous rare conditions. Physicians can use our powerful search engine to search the library.
Our Knowledge Sharing Service enables groups/organizations to share images and documents among group members and to build image collections for educational programs. For highly secure, HIPAA-compliant collaboration, our OpusShare® secure file sharing service provides ad hoc, secure file sharing and transfer across organizations.
